I have written a couple of scripts that perform various weight training calculations.
- There is a home page for the Weight Training Calculations.
- There is a script to Calculate 1-Rep Maximums from a weight lifted in the 2 to 15 rep range.
- There is a script to Calculate Your Wilks Score. The Wilks score is used in powerlifting to allow people of different bodyweights and/or ages to compete against one another fairly. This script also calculates allometric and SIFF relative strength scores.
